This Millionaire Matchmaker show that you're talking about sounds like a sitcom. Some of those reality shows are fucking hilarious, in a twisted/cruel kind of way. FOX had a reality show called the Swan in which they gave plastic surgery to people. In one of the episodes I watched, some girl was being wheeled into surgery for a nose job, and while that was happening the narrator announced to the TV audience that the girl was having her "witch nose" fixed. I'll admit, I laugh at shows like that and all the mean things they'll say or do (because I'm an ass) -- but it's really just a sign of the times. We pretty much live in a superficial society. Good looks will get you far in this world, while fat/ugly people are left behind, regardless of anyone's skill(s). That's just how it is, and show's like this feed into it.
